A group of activists opposed to the commercialization of education in
Lagos have come together to form "Save LASU Movement". The group at one
its meeting today vowed to fight the increase in tuition fees at the
Lagos State University (LASU) that threatens to price education out of
the reach of poor Lagos residents.
