Over 50 bodies discovered from the Nyanya bus stop Abuja bomb explosion

A car bomb explosion rocked Nyanya Bus terminus in Abuja with scores of people dead and several cars set on fire. The incident happened at about 6:45am at the bus station which serves as a major terminus for commuters coming into Abuja from satelite towns in the Federal Capital territory.

Atleast seven burnt cars were seen at the park as a joint team of different security forces battled to evacuate the dead and injured, which an eye witness put at ‘over fifty’.
