Ogas At The Top: New Show Featuring Copies Of Jonathan, Obasanjo, Abacha, Others Is HERE (PHOTOS & VIDEO)

 

A new comedy show ‘Ogas at the top’ is about to premiere in Nigeria. This project will feature puppet copies of top personalities in the political and entertainment sphere of the county.

The producers announce puppet doubles of Goodluck Jonathan, Olusegun Obasanjo, Patience Ozokwor, Sani Abacha, Basketmouth, Ibrahim Babangida, Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Bola Tinubu and many others.

The creators also note that the Nigerian political landscape offers all kinds of stories, so in fact, they will never run out of ideas.

“We know that Nigerians, just like Kenyans, have a wicked sense of humour, so this promises to be a wild ride,” the authors of the show added.

It would be noted that a similar comedy show, ‘The XYZ Show’ exists on Kenyan television, and it became really successful: it won the AMVCA (Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Award) for Best TV Series in 2013 and it is being followed by approximately 10 million people.
