Suspected Female Ritualist Beaten & Set Ablaze By Mob In Abule Egba

Not again! A woman accused of attempting to kidnap primary school pupils yesterday (May 6th) in Abule-Egba, has been lynched by a mob andd set ablaze.
Eye-witness report says the woman had sighted some school pupils aged between 7-10 years, on their way to school. She proceeded to ask the children if she could take them to school…

Then a female hawker in the area, suspecting the woman was up to no good, alerted others in the area who then surrounded the woman and started asking her questions.
The woman responded by claiming the children where hers but couldn’t give their names and the direction she was taking them wasn’t where their school was located.
The children said they didn’t know who the woman was – this subsequently angered the people who were questioning her.
They pounced on the woman, beat her up and then set her ablaze.
