Signs Both Of You Are Taking The Relationship For Granted

timthumbWhen couples take each other for granted they do things they wouldn’t ordinarily do when the contract was not sealed.
Below is a practical list of what they do:
1. They become insensitive to the feelings of the other party, though without malice.

2. They’ll rather cater to the needs of others than the needs of the most important person in their life. 

3. They become careless with words, careless with money, careless in conduct, careless in physique.

4. They assume the man or woman will always be there, won’t ever leave.
5. Efforts becomes permanently under-appreciated. It’s “expected”, “required”.
6. Efforts put into working for family provision is assumed to be a duty that needs no appreciation.
7. The marriage becomes a background event…like an ambient noise nobody pays attention
8. When a woman is taking her marriage for granted, her dressing and make up at home drops.

9. Both man & woman would rather impress outsiders than themselves. The wedding is done!

9. The ladies hairnet become permanent headware. She begins to resemble a Rastafarian prophetess!

10. Both starts committing the sin of careless physique dis-configuration.
11. The marriage becomes routine…like a civil service procedure. The spark is gone.
12. Going out together becomes an old story, a thing of the past.
13. They no longer hold hands, no longer cuddle, their warmness towards each other is gone.
14. They no longer pay attention to each other’s words, or even notice each other. They are too used to each other
15. The man hardly notices when the woman changes hairstyle. This omission brings feelings of inadequacy: “I’m no longer attractive or what? I’m no longer good enough despite my best effort?” Doubt & Insecurity is born.
16. The weight soon begins to asphyxiate consummation appetite, to the protestations and chorus of “I have large bones”.
17. The woman begins to compete with TV characters, especially villainess Angelina Jolie!
18. Joy becomes a prisoner, locked up somewhere where nobody remembers, the key somewhere forgotten.
19. Passion in the relationship is gone, locked up in a freezer. Goes frigid, becomes whited in temperature.
20. Love Making becomes a duty- a ritual to be gotten over with in a hurry; done just to blunt accusation of neglect….to be continue
