It could be recalled that the lawmaker was reported last week saying his nephew, Iyiola Omisore, a candidate of Peoples Democratic Party in Osun, will not be able to win the upcoming governorship election in the state.
The senior Omisore had stated that unless his nephew returned to the All Progressives Congress, APC, he would not be able to rule again in Osun State after he was elected deputy governor some years ago.
The incumbent Governor of Osun, Rauf Aregbesola, who is the candidate of APC, is expected to face stiff opposition from Iyiola Omisore of PDP.
