There was a story about a strange fish that turned to human being in Ibadan, but we were unable to get the picture of the fish. Today i stumbled on this picture above and many blogs are claiming it is the fish while some readers saw it as a Photoshop. Please look at it critically, does it look real or probably a Photoshop?
